Important closure dates to be aware of
As we approach the festive season, we wanted to keep you informed of our operating schedule over the Christmas and New Year period.
Please note – These dates apply to our head office and manufacturing facility only. Individual Apollo Patios dealers set their own trading hours and delivery cut-off dates over the Christmas period. Please contact your local dealer directly for their specific holiday schedule.
Our support team and factory are taking a short, well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year period to recharge for 2026. Our enquiry inbox and social media will not be monitored during this time, so there will be delays in responses as our team enjoys the Christmas break. Rest assured, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible when we return in the new year.
Important Dates
The following important dates ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Monday 1 December 2025
Final orders from our dealers, for 2025 delivery, must be placed by 12pm. Any orders received after this time will be processed and delivered in January 2026.
Friday 12 December 2025
Our daytime staff Christmas party means no deliveries, pickups or drop-offs will be available on this day.
Wednesday 17 December 2025
Our final day of manufacturing and deliveries for 2025.
Friday 19 December 2025
Office and factory will close at 12pm for the Christmas break.
Monday 5 January 2026
We reopen at 12pm and manufacturing resumes.
Tuesday 6 January 2026
Deliveries recommence.
We’ll be back and ready to go when we reopen in the new year. Wishing you, your team, and your family a wonderful Christmas and a well-deserved break.

Maintenance
Please note that we will not be conducting Maintenance or Service visits during our Office Closure.
However please lodge a Service Enquiry via our Help Centre and our team will process your request as quickly as possible on our return.
