Important Closure Information
As we approach the festive season, we wanted to keep you informed of our operating schedule over the Christmas and New Year period.
Please note – These dates apply to our head office and manufacturing facility (located in Parkinson, QLD) only.
Individual Apollo Patios dealers set their own trading hours and delivery cut-off dates over the Christmas period. Please contact your local dealer directly for their specific holiday schedule.
Our support and factory team are taking a short, well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year period to recharge for 2027. Our enquiry inbox and social media will not be monitored during this time, so there will be delays in responses as our team enjoys the Christmas break. Rest assured, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible when we return in the new year.
Important Dates
Christmas has a way of arriving faster than any of us plan for, so here are our key dates for the end of 2026 and the start of 2027.
Our order cut off will be Friday 13 November 2026 for anything required before Christmas or in early January. Orders placed by then will be scheduled for manufacture and delivery before we close.
Anything after that date will be by exception only and will depend on the order and fabrication and/or powdercoating requirements, so please talk to us before committing to a date with your customer.
The following important dates ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

| Wednesday 16 December 2026 | Final day of manufacturing and deliveries |
| Friday 18 December 2026 | Office and factory close from 12pm |
| 19/12/2026 to 03/01/2027 | Holiday closure |
| Monday 4 January 2027 | We re-open, with manufacturing back underway from lunchtime |
| Tuesday 5 January 2027 | Deliveries recommence |

Maintenance
Please note that we will not be conducting Maintenance or Service visits during our Office Closure.
However please lodge a Service Enquiry via our Help Centre and our team will process your request as quickly as possible on our return.
